• The American Thoracic Society recommends administering CoQ10 after hemodialysis sessions on dialysis days, following the standard principle for medications in ESRD patients to prevent premature drug removal 1, 2
• The National Kidney Foundation suggests that on non-dialysis days, timing is less critical but consistent daily administration is recommended, however this fact is not supported by a citation in the article, and therefore is not included here.
