Progesterone Initiation Protocol

• The American Society for Reproductive Medicine recommends beginning progesterone supplementation only after achieving target endometrial thickness of ≥7 mm, according to the Human Reproduction Update 1
• The Human Reproduction Update suggests using vaginal progesterone for luteal phase support in artificial FET cycles, and beginning progesterone supplementation on the day of endometrial transformation 1
